If I did need to print anything, I can simply locate the form in the clients project and download it as a pdf and print. The digital process with invoices is made even easier as these will auto sync to your Quickbooks or Zero account.

My calendar gets full fast. I use Dubsado (linked to my gmail) to ensure I keep my calendar clean. Any project created in Dubsado will show on your homepage calendar but also sync to your gmail or phone calendars. In addition to this, I use the scheduler feature to book mini sessions or client calls. Simply put, it keeps my schedule organized when I am juggling sevearl tasks at once.
