Jessica & Patrick are so precious in this downtown Tuscaloosa couples session. Their recent engagement really made this session so precious as her ring was a highlight for sure! Their session featured the small garden next to Capitol Park and the Tuscaloosa Riverwalk. These light, glowing portraits were dreamy and romantic to say the least. It was everything a couple would dream of for their pictures!

If you have ever been considering a couples sessions or portraits in downtown I would highly recommend it. I find that afternoon about two – three hours before sunset is the perfect lighting to capture pictures. The sun sets beautifully over the river and the riverwalk is perfectly positioned for the sun to fall behind your portraits.

I also always tell clients dressing up is ALWAYS the best! You can never be too dressy for your portraits and Jess & Patrick were perfectly dressed for the occasion! Just take a note from their book and you’ll look stunning for your pictures.

This was a spot I am starting to really love. Located right next to the riverwalk under the Lurleen Wallace bridge, its a very different setting than I have seen and I think it is so unique!
